Syncing with Google Calendar

Leaf plans can automatically sync to your Google Calendar, so all your events are in one place.

Connect Google Calendar

1. Go to account settings
2. Click Connected Accounts or Integrations
3. Click Connect Google Calendar
4. Sign in with your Google account
5. Allow Leaf permission to access your calendar
6. Select which Leaf calendars to sync

Now your Leaf plans will appear in Google Calendar.

How Sync Works

• New Leaf plans appear automatically in Google Calendar
• If you edit a plan in Leaf, Google Calendar updates within minutes
• If you edit a Leaf plan in Google Calendar, changes sync back to Leaf
• Cancelled plans are removed from both

View in Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar at calendar.google.com
2. Look for a "Leaf" calendar in your sidebar
3. Toggle it on/off to show or hide Leaf plans
4. Plans show with all details (time, location, RSVP status)

Disconnect Sync

If you want to stop syncing:

1. Go to account settings
2. Click Connected Accounts
3. Click Disconnect Google Calendar
4. All Leaf calendars will be removed from Google Calendar

Your Leaf calendars stay in Leaf—this just stops the two-way sync.

Still Have Questions?

If plans aren't appearing in Google Calendar:

• Wait a few minutes for sync
• Check that you allowed Leaf to access your Google Calendar
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting
